Another weekend in Paris, the place of love and memories. If there is a city to dress chique, it has to be Paris. For years I used to wear blazers with basically everything I owned. After seasons of bombers and loose t-shirts I felt like dressing up again, channeling my inner-dandy together with Roberto Lungo.
When I found out about Roberto Lungo, a dutch fashion showroom located in Rijswijk I instantly had to check out their collection. Roberto Lungo is known for their great collection of suits, customizeable shoes and amazing chino’s. This summer I feel like the need to change my style a bit, adding new classic pieces and combining them with something fresh is the way to go if you ask me.
This blazer from Roberto Lungo has a light checked print and is the way to go if you ask me. The blazer has a slim fit that compliments many different body-types while maintaining a masculine look. The light padded shoulder, together with the cut of the blazer they really enhance the shape of your upper body. What I really like about this blazer from Roberto Lungo is that it can be combined in endless ways. As you know by now, I am having a moment with my white trousers (which are such a classic!), but this jacket can easily be combined with a pair of bleached jeans, a chino or some neat trousers.
Make it personal
To personalize your jacket, I would recommend to search for a beautiful pocket square (or a pochette, as the French would say). This Hermès pochette I bought last year to wear to my best friend Sabine’s wedding. It is a piece that I will keep forever, it has so many wonderful memories and in this way I get to wear it more often. A silk pocket square adds that extra chique touch to your outfit while you still get to keep it modern, fresh and unique.
